  • Long story short- I found a dead mouse in my couch. My husband and I just moved into a new apartment less than two months ago and this is our first NYC experience of battling mice    This is where OnTime Steam Cleaning stepped in. I was honestly in so much shock after finding the mouse that I don't even remember how I found them on yelp lol. But I did! They were the first people I called. I asked for a quote from the woman who answered the phone. Told her there were blood stains from the mouse and that it needed a deep clean. She asked that I sent a photo of the sofa to her so that she could get an accurate quote.   I sent the photo, she called back with the quote and also gave me a discount for finding them on yelp. Luckily we were able to set up an appointment for two days later. THANK GOODNESS because I couldn't even sit on the couch since finding what I found.   I get a call on the day of asking if I was available earlier as they were running early. They said it wasn't a big deal if I wasn't available early though. Luckily earlier worked much better for me! They showed up when they said that they would and carried their big steam machine up two flights of stairs in my walk up buildings with no complaints!   As for the cleaning aspect they did a wonderful and thorough job. They even showed me up close how they were getting the stains out with their own hydrogen peroxide mix. They took the time to clean the couch as if it was their own!   10/10 would recommend them and use them again myself. I'm hoping that I don't make any new discoveries and don't have to use them again for awhile at least. But if I do, they'll be the first people I call.

I unrolled them, checked them and rolled them back up. They did a great job and they stuck to their estimate and they did as I had asked which was to keep them rolled up and wrapped up for easy transport. They even made a hole at the top of the bags to let the humidity out to help preserve the rugs. Yep, wish I had known about them soo

Get this...I'm moving...sent a note the night before the move because I decide last minute I wanted my chair cleaned before I moved and presto! They responded ASAP and arrived the next morning and did a very nice job on my chair for an affordable price. Thank you OTSC...you rock!

  • I was very pleased with Reuven and his communication skills. He was prompt and very professional. He scheduled the service very fast and he also let me know when his worker was late.   The steam worker was friendly and he worked fast.  He cleaned our fabric coach with lots of pillows, an area rug and bar chairs. After everything was dry, the coach and the rug developed a stinky smell that didn't go away for a week. Reuven was very accommodating and arranged for his team to come back and deodorize the items to remove the smell free of charge. He explained that some natural fibers tend to react differently on the steaming treatment.  Great service! Will use them again.
